
Mat Pilates & Weights
This energizing class combines classic mat Pilates with light weight training to build strength, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that focuses on strengthening and lengthening core muscles (abs and spine) while also training the arms and legs. Classes begin lying on your back and progress through small, controlled movements on your sides and stomach, targeting specific muscles with slow, focused motion. Suitable for those you have already taken Pilates classes at CC55.
