Art – Watercolour Social Club
| This intermediate Watercolour Social Club is a welcoming, relaxed space for experienced painters who want to deepen their practice while enjoying the company of fellow watercolour enthusiasts. Designed for those who have completed Beginner Parts 1 and 2, this club-style class offers a relaxed, friendly space to build confidence, share ideas, and spend time painting in good company. Over a 10-week season, participants can choose their own creative path and what to paint each week. There are three flexible options, so you can follow your mood and interests: 1. Self-guided botanicals — enjoy painting up to five different flowers using traceable outlines, reference photos, and written tutorials. 2. Shared inspiration — browse through a curated reference book and use the images as inspiration for your own watercolour studies. 3. Your own ideas — bring along personal reference material and work on subjects you love. This isn’t a traditional lesson-by-lesson class — it’s a supportive studio-style environment where you can chat, observe, ask questions, and learn from one another while you paint at your own pace. Come for the painting, stay for the conversation. This Watercolour Social Club is a fun, calming way to connect with fellow artists while continuing to grow during your watercolour practice. Materials: • Provided: traceable botanical outlines, reference photos, and written tutorials • Participants must bring their own watercolour supplies, including paper, paints, and brushes |
