Enjoy active classes & presentations, interactive workshops and sessions, free refreshments and lifestyle information from 30 vendors, exhibitors and organizations! Hosted at Beaches Sandbox, 2181 Queen St, E.
Facilitated by Centre 55, with the support of the Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario, the Province of Ontario and Chartwell.
Please note:
Our active classes and workshops, presentations and interactive sessions are all on a first-come, first-served sign-up basis due to the space and capacity for the event. Those registered for the Centre 55 Thursday Chair Yoga with Janice (Basic)* class will be able to take their class at the event and are pre-registered, as previously shared with the Centre 55 members in that class.
