While our Centre will be closed for adult/seniors programs for July/August, we will be offering programs at alternative locations!
Tuesday Chair Yoga & Easy Tone 🧘 – With Stewart
4:30 PM to 5:30 pm
July 7- August 25 – ($25.00 for 8 weeks)
This gentle class helps you get in tune with your breath while focusing on mindful body movements and comfortable seated exercises. Through basic stretches, light toning, and guided body positioning, participants can improve flexibility, balance, and overall mobility in a supportive environment. We also emphasize relaxation and positivity to help you feel more confident, refreshed, and energized throughout your day. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Wednesday Gentle Fitness with Janice May @ Norwood Park
9:30AM to 10:30 am
July 8- August 26- ($25.00 for 8 weeks)
This class will include a fun full body workout in the great outdoors!
