Seniors Yoga is a gentle series designed for those who want to improve their activity levels and build strength, balance, mobility and range of motion.

Winter Schedule

Tuesdays 10:00am (FULL)
Tuesdays 11:15am
Thursdays 10:00am (FULL)

$20 for an 8-10 week session
